Tiny Tennis Champs
Ages 10 & under
This is for students from beginner level from ages 4-10 years old. Tiny Tennis Champs is a fun and successful way for students to learn to play REAL tennis. It is designed to bring kids to the game by developing important skills, utilizing smaller racquets, slower and lighter balls, shorter court dimensions and modified scoring, all tailored to the age, size and skill of the student. Students will learn technique, strategy and tactics appropriate for various ages and skills. It also prepares students for match-play through league tennis such as USTA and ALTA.
Saturday: 10:00 A.M. – 11:00 A.M.

COMMUNITY AFTERSCHOOL DRILLS
Community drills are coming to McGhee Tennis Center this Fall! All elementary school students are welcome and will have the incredible opportunity to engage with our excellent coaching staff, learn the fundamentals, and play fun games.
Community Afterschool Drills
Ages 5-10 years old
Monday: 3:30 P.M. – 4:30 P.M.
Wednesday: 3:30 P.M. – 4:30 P.M.
$15 / class
NOTE: This program starts August 18th.
STANDARD CLASSES
These classes are for beginning junior players who want to learn the basics of tennis including scoring, rules, techniques, and the fundamentals in a fun environment. This class will prepare players to be able to play in ALTA and/or USTA leagues. A minimum of 6 juniors is required to hold the class.
Standard Classes
12:1 ratio | Ages 8-14 years old
Friday: 4:00 P.M. – 5:00 P.M.
$12 / class
Important Policies
- Must have credit card on file for registration
- Must register for each class player wants to attend
- Please register to secure spot in class
- Credits are issued for classes cancelled due to inclement weather
- Any credits issued will be applied to your account. You must contact the office to apply your credit.
- Pros will recommend when players need to be moved to another class
- Please check with the pro shop to ensure we have your proper email address as this is how weather cancellations and other junior tennis updates will be communicated
Cancellation Policies
- Pro Shop will email weather-related cancellations and updates on junior program classes, so please make sure that the address on your account is current
- Credits are issued only for classes cancelled due to inclement weather
- If you need to cancel a court reservation or class, you MUST call or email the appropriate pro shop. Cancellations cannot be made online
